Creatine: The “Michael Jordan of Supplements” !

I have always used Creatine on and off since 1994, often with some trepidation. There were always rumours that Creatine was a risky supplement or had unintended consequences. Despite that, the real and perceived benefits had me try again and again over the years.

Here is a clip from a recent Huberman Lab interview with Andy Galpin, a subject matter expert on supplementation to improve performance.

There is also mounting evidence of Creatine’s neurological benefits.
